Cookie and website measurement policy
What this website stores in your browser, what we measure without cookies, which tools only turn on with your permission and how to change your choice. The tables are generated from the website’s real configuration.
Courtesy translation: in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. Español
This cookie policy explains what the CLAQON website stores in your browser, what we measure and with which tools, and how you decide. The tables are not written by hand: they are generated from the same configuration used to build the website, so they show what is active at any given time.
Your preferences
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar space in which a website can store data that is not sent with every visit. Both technologies, and other similar ones, are regulated by Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE: your consent is required, after you have been informed, unless the data is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

claqon.web.consentimiento | Browser local storage | Remembers your privacy preferences and the version of this policy you gave them for. | 24 months at most |
claqon.web.no-medir | Browser local storage | Excludes this browser from measurement, only if you ask for it with ?medir=no. | Until you delete it |
Anonymous measurement without cookies Legitimate interest · you can object
Cloudflare Web Analytics
- Owner
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- Purpose
- Counting visits and measuring loading speed in aggregate, without cookies.
- Where the data is processed
- United States and Cloudflare’s global network (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
- Retention
- According to Cloudflare’s policy; the data is aggregated.
The list groups what is active by category. If a category does not appear, nothing is active in it.
Necessary
This is data the website itself stores in your browser. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else:
- Theme (
claqon.web.tema). Only stored if you press the light or dark theme button, to show you the theme you chose on every page. - Your privacy choice (
claqon.web.consentimiento). Stores which categories you accept or reject, the date and the version of the notice, so that we do not ask you on every page. It only exists if the website has something to decide. - Measurement exclusion (
claqon.web.no-medir). Only exists if this browser is excluded from measurement with the?medir=noparameter, which our team uses so as not to count itself.
Because they provide a feature you ask for, or remember your own decision about cookies, they do not require consent. If your browser blocks local storage, the website works just the same: it goes back to the dark theme and asks you again on each visit.
Anonymous measurement without cookies
If the table above includes the “Anonymous measurement without cookies” category, we count in aggregate:
- which pages are visited and where visitors come from (a search engine, a link or a campaign);
- which links and buttons are pressed and in which area of the page, which frequently asked questions are opened and how much is read;
- at which step of the pre-registration people stop, and which delivery options, plans, modules and services they are interested in;
- addresses that do not exist, so that we can fix broken links.
This is how we do it:
- No cookies and nothing stored on your device. The tool does not recognise you from one day to the next. To tell apart visits on the same day it may compute a temporary identifier from your IP address and your browser, which it does not store as such and renews periodically. Each tool’s details explain how it does this.
- No personal data in the events. We send nothing you type in the forms. Texts are shortened and email addresses and phone numbers are removed. The indicative amount of the pre-registration is sent as a range, never the exact figure.
- Only people and only the published website. Search engines, bots and automated browsers are not counted, nor are previews and test copies of the website.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which content is useful and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- You can object. Turn off “Anonymous measurement without cookies” in your preferences, or press “Reject all”. We respect your objection even when we ask you again about other tools.
Why we do not ask for your permission for this. The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidance on the use of cookies for audience measurement tools (January 2024) accepts that audience measurement does not need consent if it meets all of these conditions, and ours meets them:
- it only measures the audience of this website, on our behalf and with statistical data;
- that data is not combined with other processing or disclosed to third parties;
- it does not track you across websites: there is no identifier shared with other websites;
- we inform you, as on this page;
- it does not use cookies, and the data that makes it possible to tell visits apart is kept for 25 months at most.
Even so, you can object at any time from your preferences, and if any tool stopped meeting these conditions, it would move to the category that only works with your permission.
Analytics with cookies and heatmaps: only with your permission
If the table above includes the “Analytics with cookies and heatmaps” category, these are tools that only load if you accept them:
- Heatmaps and session recordings. They show where people click, how far they scroll and where they get stuck. Form fields are masked: what you type is not recorded.
- Analytics with cookies. It lets us see journeys across several visits, for example how many people come back before pre-registering.
- Never for advertising. If Google Analytics 4 is used, it works with consent mode, with advertising storage denied and without Google signals. If Microsoft Clarity is used, it only receives your permission for analytics. We do not identify you or link these tools to what you send us in the pre-registration.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time.
- International transfers. Some of these tools process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Each tool’s details say so.
Advertising: only with your permission
Advertising or campaign measurement tags only load if you accept the “Advertising” category. If any is active, it appears in the table above with its owner, its purpose, its duration and its domains. If the category does not appear in the table, there are none.
How you decide and how you change your mind
- Nothing that needs permission loads before you decide. You can browse without answering the notice and the website works just the same.
- Rejecting is as easy as accepting. The notice shows “Reject”, “Settings” and “Accept” in the same layer, at the same level and in the same format. In “Settings” you decide category by category and see each tool with its cookies. No box that needs permission comes pre-ticked.
- You can change your mind. The “Privacy preferences” button, in the footer of every page, reopens the panel. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Withdrawing cleans up. The website stops those tools, deletes the cookies they left on this domain and reloads the page. Cookies that a tool stores on its own domain are deleted from your browser settings.
- Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a rejection of everything that needs permission and we do not show you the notice. You can still accept later from your preferences, if you wish.
- Your choice expires. We will ask you again after 24 months at most, as recommended by the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s guide on the use of cookies. Also earlier, if we add a tool that needs permission.
How to delete what the website stores
What the website stores is on your device and you can delete it whenever you like:
- Open your browser’s privacy settings.
- Look for the cookies and site data section.
- Delete the data stored for this domain, or all of it.
In most browsers you can also do this from the icon that appears to the left of the page address. If you browse in private or incognito mode, the browser deletes this data when you close the window.
Third-party content
Apart from the measurement tools in this policy, the website loads nothing from other companies: the videos, typefaces and icons are served from this same domain, without external players, maps or social media buttons. When you follow a link to another website, for example to an official source we cite, that website’s cookie policy applies.
Changes to this policy
If we enable a new tool, it appears in the tables at the same time as it is enabled. If it needs permission, we ask you again. When the text changes, we will also change the date of this page. If you have any questions, write to us at soporte@claqon.com. How we process your data in general is explained in the privacy policy.
