Use case · Business and entrepreneurship

Business and practical entrepreneurship, with figures that have a source.

Business and practical entrepreneurship channels teach people how to decide: prices, margins, processes and documented cases. CLAQON produces those pieces with every figure backed by its source and penalises “easy money” angles before a single line is written.

“Month-to-date spend” card with spend per account: total, full spend, published, failures, pending approval, cap and status.

The challenge

A niche full of promises that are not kept

Business content competes with videos that promise quick profits and foolproof formulas. A serious entrepreneurship channel needs the opposite: figures with their source, explicit assumptions and cases told with their limits.

It also needs to be careful about what it asks of its audience. A call to action that points to a template that does not exist, or an undisclosed affiliate link, damages trust and can clash with the platforms’ rules and with advertising rules. And as on any channel, publishing more is no use if the pieces are interchangeable.

How CLAQON solves it

Checks before, during and after the script

Opportunity score
Before writing, a deterministic score assesses the topic. It penalises “easy money”, casino or betting angles, and topics that are too short or too long. It only passes at 60 or above.
Instructions for the “Finance and business” niche
General educational content: it explains risks and assumptions, does not promise returns, savings or business success and does not give personalised investment recommendations. Every figure needs a source.
Figures with their verbatim excerpt
The script can only rely on excerpts that appear word for word in the sources. HARD QC rejects figures outside the evidence and unsupported absolutes. Source verification.
Honest calls to action
HARD QC stops a script that sends the viewer to a guide, a template or a link that the account has not registered, and also an affiliation without a verified offer or without its disclosure text.
Case studies with their limits
The instructions for the “Case study” type ask for the problem, the decision, the documented outcome and the lesson, for correlation to be distinguished from causation and for anything hypothetical to be marked as such, without presenting it as a real success.
Capped cost per piece
Each piece has its own spend cap and every cost is logged. You can produce with a local model and local voices to keep the variable cost to a minimum. Spend control.

A typical workflow

From a business question to a published piece

An example to help you follow the process. The stages are the real ones; the topics and markets depend on your account.

  1. A practical topic in the queue

For example, how to calculate a product’s margin before setting its price. You add it yourself, it comes from your Google Sheet or it is suggested by the account’s ideas.

  2. Scoring

If the angle promises quick profits, the score drops and may fall below 60, the minimum needed to pass. If it passes, production continues.

  3. Research and verification

CLAQON gathers the sources, or uses yours, and keeps only the verbatim excerpts that back up each figure.

  4. Script and check

A practical explanation or a case study. HARD QC checks the figures, the absolutes, the call to action and the affiliate disclosure, if there is one.

  5. Publishing and logging

Voice, stock clips and rendering on your machine. The piece goes out on the account’s platforms with your call to action, and its cost is recorded in the log.

What you control

Your editorial line and how you monetise

  • The account’s goal: growing the audience, affiliate marketing, your own product or sponsorship.
  • The text and link of the call to action.
  • Editorial approach, in up to 1,200 characters.
  • Market and language: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile or Latin America, among others, each with its form of address.
  • Video type, format and length.
  • Affiliate offers with the results you have observed, to compare them with each other. CLAQON does not estimate what you are going to earn.
  • Spend caps per video, per day and per month.
  • Draft mode or publishing straight away, piece by piece.

Limits

What CLAQON does not do for your business

  • It does not promise income, sales, views or subscribers. It is a production tool, not a business plan.
  • It does not give financial advice or review your offers: it checks that you disclose the affiliation, not that the offer is a good one.
  • An automatic check does not replace your judgement: you are answerable for what you publish.
  • Automatic metrics only come from YouTube; Meta’s only arrive with its permission and at the press of a button.
  • Topics without enough sources are stopped instead of being published.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions from business channels

Does CLAQON help me make money with my channel?

CLAQON does not promise financial results. It helps you produce rigorously and at a controlled cost; what happens next depends on your topic, your audience, the originality of your pieces and the platforms. Be wary of any tool that promises you “passive income”.

Can I talk about affiliate products?

Yes. With the “Affiliate marketing” goal, the script links useful content to verified offers and must include the disclosure text. If it declares an affiliation without a verified offer or without that text, HARD QC stops it.

What about investment, betting or cryptocurrency topics?

The score penalises “easy money”, casino or betting angles, and the finance niche asks for general educational content, without personalised investment recommendations. Even so, editorial responsibility is yours.

Does it work for Latin American channels?

Yes. There are markets for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Latin America, each with its own time zone, language, form of address and slots per platform.

Can I review each video before it is published?

Yes. Produce in draft mode, review the edit and publish it by hand from the storyboard, choosing the destinations. The “Pieces awaiting your approval” queue is in preparation: today, approving a piece there does not publish it yet.
