Direct publishing from Google Drive: drop the video in and it goes out on schedule

With CLAQON direct publishing, the videos you drop in the “Publicar” folder of your Google Drive become projects – with no editing, with captions or with full editing, and with their title and description – and are published at the time you set. It is in beta and comes switched off: you enable it for each account.

  • Your Drive folder as an inbox
  • Up to 4 publishing times per account
  • Automatic or manual approval
Direct publishing from Drive room: videos in the “Publish” folder with status, title, editing, published destinations and estimated cost.
Real CLAQON interface with sample data.

What it solves

You already have the videos; what you lack is time to publish them

If you record your own footage, the heavy lifting is not the video: it is uploading it to each platform, writing a title and a description for each one, adding captions and remembering to publish it at a sensible time.

Direct publishing turns a Drive folder into your outbox. You drop the file in and CLAQON does the rest according to what you have chosen for the account, with the option of reviewing it first. No research and no script: your video, as it is or with the editing you choose.

How it works

From the Drive folder to publication

  1. You enable the account

You choose the editing, how the title is set, whether you approve or approval is automatic, and at what times it publishes.

  2. You drop the video in Drive

You copy it into the “Publicar” subfolder of the account’s videos folder. If you do not want to wait for the next read, you click “Sync now”.

  3. It becomes a project

With no editing, with captions (local transcription and karaoke captions) or with full editing. The title comes from the file name or from AI.

  4. It is approved

Automatically by default, or by hand, with the details of each destination in view.

  5. It goes out on schedule

Approved videos wait for their slot, up to 4 a day per account, or you publish them straight away with “Publish now”.

Capabilities

Editing, text and scheduling in direct publishing

Editing of your choice
None, with the video as it is; captions, with local transcription and karaoke captions; or full editing.
AI title and description Beta
With three contexts: simple, with the transcript or with frames (paid, with a vision-capable model). They have their own counter and daily cap: 60 calls and 0.10 USD per account.
Different text per platform Beta
Title and description for YouTube and a caption for Instagram and Facebook, each text written for its platform.
Publishing times Beta
Up to 4 per account. Approved videos wait for their time and you can always “Publish now”; with no times set, a video is published as soon as it is approved. If you pause the account, the queue stops.
Approval
Automatic by default or manual, with “Sync now” and the details of each destination.
“Paid options” Beta
A new account does not spend: paid features are off and each option is enabled separately, with its estimated cost and the “I accept this cost” tick box. See spend control.

Simple mode

Simple mode: the panel reduced to what you use

For anyone who only wants to publish their videos, Simple mode trims the panel down to seven sections. It is a switch in your browser, in beta.

  • It only hides

Home, Videos, Uploads, Accounts, Results, Connections and Guides. The rest of the panel is hidden, but nothing is deleted or taken apart: you can go back to full mode whenever you want.

  • The “Videos” section

Each video with its player, its text, its text per platform and the editor, with “Replace the video” or “Save as a new video”.

  • Accounts that are ready from the start

An account created in Simple mode starts out as direct publishing. The others are shown with a notice and a button to full mode.

Limits

Limits of direct publishing

  • With “No editing”, it only publishes to YouTube. For Instagram and Facebook, choose captions or full editing.
  • X is not included in direct publishing: it is left out until it is confirmed how to accept its cost on each post.
  • TikTok is not supported.
  • It is in beta, comes switched off and has not yet been verified with real footage.
  • It does not trim silences or filler words automatically.
  • You need Google Drive connected, plus the connections for each platform you want to publish on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about direct publishing

What is CLAQON direct publishing?

A way to publish your own videos without going through the shorts factory: you drop them in the “Publicar” subfolder of your Google Drive and CLAQON turns them into projects, gives them a title and a description and publishes them at the time you set. It is in beta and off by default.

Which platforms does it publish to?

With “No editing”, only YouTube. With captions or full editing, also Instagram and Facebook, each with its own text. X is left out for now and TikTok is not supported.

Can I review the title and description before publishing?

Yes. With manual approval, each video waits until you approve it, and in the “Videos” section of Simple mode you see the player, the text for each platform and the editor before deciding.

What is Simple mode?

A switch in your browser that trims the panel down to seven sections: Home, Videos, Uploads, Accounts, Results, Connections and Guides. It only hides: it does not delete or change anything, and you can go back to full mode whenever you want.

Does publishing this way cost anything?

Publishing your video with the title taken from the file name does not use paid AI. The AI title and description, frames and full editing with the AI director are paid options: they come switched off and each one shows its estimated cost before you accept it.
