# Third-party licences and trademarks

Which third-party resources this website uses and under what licence, and which trademarks we cite and why. The list of components of the CLAQON software will accompany each version.

In force since 13 October 2026

This page brings together the licences for the third-party resources used by the CLAQON website and the trademarks we cite. We thank those who publish them under open licences for their work.

## Third-party resources on this website

| Resource | What the website uses it for | Licence | Owner |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Geist and Geist Mono](https://github.com/vercel/geist-font) typefaces | Text and figures | [SIL Open Font License 1.1](https://claqon.com/recursos/fuentes/geist-OFL.txt) | Vercel and the authors of the Geist project |
| [Lucide](https://lucide.dev) icons | Interface icons | ISC; those derived from Feather, MIT | Lucide contributors and, for Feather, Cole Bemis |
| [Simple Icons](https://simpleicons.org) logos | Logos of social networks, services and AI providers | [CC0 1.0](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) for the files; the trademarks still belong to their owners | Simple Icons contributors |
| fal.ai logo | Identifying that provider | Taken from its own website; it is a trademark of its owner | Its owner |

The typefaces, icons and logos are served from this same domain, without loading anything from their authors’ servers. The full text of the typefaces’ licence is available on this website.

## Components of the CLAQON software

The CLAQON software includes or requires third-party components with their own licences: container images, FFmpeg, open-source libraries, voice models, music and typefaces, among others. Those licences apply to each component and, for that component, prevail over the [CLAQON licence](https://claqon.com/en/legal/license/).

Each version of the software will come with the complete list of its third-party components and their licences. Where a component’s licence requires its source code to be offered, we will offer it.

## Third-party trademarks we cite

On this website we cite other companies’ trademarks to indicate which services CLAQON works with or which services you can connect:

- **Social networks and platforms:** YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, TikTok, Twitch and Kick.
- **Google services:** Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Cloud.
- **AI models:** Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Ollama, OpenRouter, xAI, Groq and Together AI.
- **Voice, image, video and search:** ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Pexels, Runway, Black Forest Labs (BFL) and Tavily.
- **Infrastructure and notifications:** Docker, FFmpeg, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare and Slack.

All these trademarks, their names and their logos belong to their respective owners, such as Meta in the case of Instagram, Facebook and Threads, or Google in the case of YouTube. We use them only to identify those products and services. Mentioning them does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, association or affiliation with CLAQON.

Some trademarks appear in order to explain a limitation: for example, we cite TikTok because CLAQON does not publish there today.

CLAQON™ and its symbol are trademarks of their owner, as explained in the [legal notice](https://claqon.com/en/legal/legal-notice/#propiedad).

## If you think we are misusing your trademark or your work

Write to us at soporte@claqon.com stating the page, the content and why you think we may not use it. We will review it and, if you are right, we will correct it or remove it.
